Sabrina works in Burlington on Sundays and in Milton on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s.
My practice services individuals, youth, couples and groups.
Do you find yourself struggling to cope with life challenges and transitions, whether this be in work, school, home life or within various relationships? For many this leads to feeling overwhelmed and uncertain of how to appropriately manage. Avoiding emotional needs can perpetuate further distress leading to unmanaged anxiety, depression, grief, and resentment. This also has a negative impact on physical wellbeing and overall life satisfaction.
Within a safe judgement free environment, clients are provided opportunity to express and process their emotions. Through a person-centered lens, I work alongside clients in developing individual plans of action to help them better cope and reach identified goals. Sessions will be available through in-person and virtual appointments to suite your schedule needs.
It is my passion to help others live their best life. This will look different for each individual person but may start by identifying concerns, learning healthier coping mechanisms, and grounding skills, challenging negative thought patterns, building healthier boundaries and routines.
Contact Inner Oak for a free consultation today, I look forward to building a strong working relationship with you.

Life can be overwhelming and sometimes we need a safe, supportive space to sort through it all. As a registered social worker with 10 years of experience, I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for adults, teens, and children to explore their experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Whether you are navigating through trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s stressors, I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space where we can explore what’s troubling you, uncover your strengths, and help you move toward the life you want to live.
With a background working alongside law enforcement in various settings, I also have particular interest in supporting first responders who are facing the mental health challenges of trauma, stress, and burnout.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centred. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies including EMDR, the FLASH technique, CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help uncover patterns that may be holding you back and develop strategies to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and in control.
Seeking help is a brave step that can lead to meaningful change.
